Join me for a talk and experiential evening about the life-giving power of living according to our values, meditation, and activity designed to help people tap into their personal values system.
As humans we are driven intrinsically by our values. To the degree that our values are present in our daily life, we feel alive, have more energy, feel more resilient to taking on life’s challenges, and can make decisions more easily. When our values are not present in our lives, we might feel stuck, like something is off, or a feeling of not quite being our best self. In this workshop, we will use yoga asana, guided meditation, and principles of life-coaching to tap into the wisdom of our bodies and minds and unearth your values. You will leave with a clearer understanding of your values, and how to bring them more fully into your life.
