Join us in a 4 week series in which you will be held in an inclusive, spacious and Sacred container that invites you to receive, explore, and practice tools to assist you in softening into a harmonious and devotional experience of self-love.
What does it mean to love yourself unconditionally? Self-love leads to greater experiences of freedom, compassion, confidence, resilience and the ability to mindfully respond to life’s ever changing circumstances.
Additionally, people who report greater instances of self love experience an increased capacity to experience loving, authentic and meaningful relationships.
You will experience the incorporation of mind, body, emotional and spiritual level. You will be invited to participate in gentle movement, guided meditation, journal inquiries, tools for self-love, art, and more.
