A SOMATIC EXPERIENCING SERIES FOR SELF LOVE
A four week Summer Series to assist you in practically creating space & moments of pause in your every day, so that you can relate with your Self & others from a place of presence.
We’ll be somatically exploring setting boundaries, living at your edge, grounding, and heart opening & expanding your capacity for pleasure.
This is based off of Somatic Experiencing, and using the wisdom of the body and nervous system to move charge, and expand your capacity for resilience, pleasure, rest and the ability to be present with all of life.
Soul centered meditations will follow, connecting you to your inherent wisdom, each week with a different theme & exploration.
Monday, May 22nd, Tuesday, May 30th, Mondays June 5th & June 12th at 5:30 pm PT/7:30 pm CT.
