I used to have anxiety, always needing to be “on” and perfect, needing and wanting to be everything for everyone else. I had a constant feeling of uneasiness.
I now feel a near constant feeling of calmness, ease, freedom and relief to trust myself, to trust the process, and to be my Authentic Self.
I no longer worry about other people’s thoughts, feelings or judgements, because I know that none of that matters. I now have a toolbox that I can use to re-center myself. My favorite tools are the pattern journal, and my conversations with my Inner Guide to keep me centered.”
