Our heartfelt desires have the ability to bring about the most amount of fulfillment, and often require us going beyond our growing edge. Take a look at how to mitigate and have proper expectations as you move towards your heartfelt desires.

  1. Heart felt desires: Acknowledging your heart felt desires is a courageous action, and heart felt desires have the potential to bring about the greatest amount of fulfillment.
  2. Growing edge: Experiencing resistance and coming up against your growing edge is normal and part of the process as you move towards your heart felt intentions.
  3. Observation: Observe and be curious as you find your growing edge. Explore the edge of your comfort zone with curiosity rather than judgement. Remember, “what you observe changes based on the quality of observation,” so as a first step just observing where your growing edge/discomfort/resistance is is enough.
  4. Be a spiritual scientist: Take action towards your heart felt desire with the lense of experimentation rather than with judgement.
